How to add your local Mp4 file to the Media with Text slice.

Step 1: Click on "Select a link"

Step 2: Choose "Link to a Media Item..."

Step 3: Click on "Documents"

You can also search for your video, be sure the video is uploaded to the media library as an Mp4 file.
